What It Is
An AI-generated interactive map of Brazil showcasing the typical foods and culinary traditions of each state. This project uses cutting-edge generative AI tools – Google Nano Banana Pro and Veo 3.1 – to create a visual celebration of Brazil's incredible gastronomic diversity. From Acarajé in Bahia to Churrasco in Rio Grande do Sul, from Tacacá in Pará to Barreado in Paraná, the map takes viewers on a culinary journey through all regions of Brazil, highlighting how food reflects the country's cultural richness, indigenous heritage, African influences, and European immigration. The video demonstrates how AI can be used to preserve and celebrate cultural traditions in engaging, educational, and visually compelling ways.

As a solo cultural project, my responsibilities included researching Brazil's regional cuisines and typical dishes from all 26 states plus the Federal District, conceptualizing the visual map design that clearly represents each state's culinary identity, prompt engineering to ensure accurate cultural representation and authentic food visualization, coordinating Google Nano Banana Pro and Veo 3.1 workflows to create smooth transitions and engaging visual storytelling, and quality control to ensure each region's food culture was respectfully and accurately portrayed.
