What It Is

SporTVland was an innovative project that created a metaverse dedicated to Globosat's SporTV channel, developed on the Roblox platform. This immersive virtual environment allowed sports fans to interact with exclusive content, participate in virtual competitions, and experience activities related to the main sports covered by the channel, creating a new dimension of engagement with the brand.

Responsibilities:

  • Serving as Sr. Product Owner, bridging the account team, Globosat stakeholders, and the development team.
  • Conducting workshops and discovery sessions to identify and prioritize client needs and end-user expectations.
  • Creating and managing the product backlog, defining user stories, acceptance criteria, and development priorities.
  • Coordinating development sprints, ensuring continuous value delivery and alignment with the product vision.
  • Facilitating communication between technical and creative teams, ensuring user experience and technical requirements were in harmony.
  • Closely monitoring development on the Roblox platform, ensuring implementation quality and fidelity to the project vision.
